Gladiator is an ASX listed (ASX: GLA) exploration and mining company with a particular focus on gold exploration and other precious metals.
The company shifted its focus to Au exploration following the disposal of its interest in the Zapucay Project Iron Ore project in Northern Uruguay in February 2017.
In June 2017 the Company entered a tenement sale agreement to acquire the Marymia Exploration Licence E52/3104 which is located in the Murchison Goldfield.
During February 2018 the Company entered into a binding Heads of Agreement to acquire certain JV rights to the North Auruta Project which encompasses approximately 4,500 square kilometres package of In granted tenements and tenement applications in the Northern Territory from Thunderbirds Metals Pty Ltd. The acquisition is subject to Gladiator shareholder approval at a meeting to be held on 23 April 2017.
It is expected that exploitation of the above projects will result in value creation for the Company’s stakeholders.
The Marymia Project
The Company acquired the Marymia Exploration Licence E52/3104 during June 2017. The Project is located 250km northeast of Meekatharra in the Murchison Goldfield of Western Australia.
